Healthy Eating Habits

Two years ago I found myself tired all the time and overweight. My eating habits were very poor. I and my wife had just had our son. Doing the whole pregnancy we would lust eat all the time, any and everything. I would go to this donuts shop around the corner and get those glaze and chocolate cluster filled donuts. I would leave the house two or four in the morning just to go get some donuts. Doing the same time I had a busy schedule. I was working two jobs and had a family.

So most of the time I would Just eat on he go; mostly at fast food places like McDonald’s, Wend’s, or Arabs. I notice after eating these foods I would feel sluggish, tired, and sometimes sick to my stomach. These foods are high in fat and cholesterol. I and my wife would cook sometimes, but It was mostly fried foods like chicken, pork chops, or hamburgers. I was watching T. V. One day, and their was this special documentary called Super Size Me. This man was doing a study on the effects of eating at McDonald’s for thirty days straight. He was eating their breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The documentary wowed him at his hotel at night; he said his heart was beating Taste Ana en Tell Lezzy. Tater can week en would go to ten doctor to run test to see how he was doing. The test results was terrible, his blood pressure had risen and his cholesterol was up. Each week his tests got worse and worse. About the third week the doctor told him he was close to a heart attack if he didn’t stop eating this food. So he continued on too the end of the thirty days and luckily he didn’t die. By the time he had finished the thirty days, he had gained about fifteen or twenty pounds.

So in watching this show, along with already wanting to lose weight and eat better I had to make a change. I begin to seek out ways to eat better, and live more healthy. I begin to read books on health and nutrient. I read things like drink plenty of water and say away from sodas. I read if you Just stop drinking sodas alone you can lose fifteen pounds a year because sodas have so much sugar in them. That is what makes you gain all the weight. Then once again I was watching T. V. Again and, this guy was taking about a book he was selling called Natural Cures For he Body.

Basically, this book was telling me how to eat and about nutrient. So he said first thing, you want to do is do a complete body cleanse to cleanse the toxins from the body. This is what causes most of the diseases and sickness toxic build up in the body. So along with drinking plenty of water everyday, I did ten cleanse. While doing this cleanse I begin to change my diet. The cleanse kit along with the book told me what things to eat. I learned to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, mainly organic. This is the most important part besides drinking water.

These fruits and vegetables not only gives the body most of its vitamins and minerals it needs, but also the enzymes in them help the digestive system. Then the foods I would eat were mostly chicken, fish, and turkey. The way you prepare your food has a lot to do with eating healthy too. I would stem, bake, or sauteĀ© all my food. Then I learned how to read the labels on the foods I was buying. Some of the things too say away from is high fructose, corn syrup, aspartame, artificial flavors, hydrogenated oil, dextrose, sucrose, fructose, and there are many more you would eave to get the book.

Again let me run down the steps to losing weight and feeling healthy. Drink plenty of water all day, at least 8 to 10 glasses. Perform a complete body cleanse with the cleansing kit. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, mostly organic, because they don’t have all the pesticides and chemicals that are bad for your body. Eat if you can mostly organic meats like fish, turkey, or chicken baked or steamed with olive oil and purified water.
